I wanted anyone that reads this to know the quality of service we received from the team at Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel. My Dad planned most of his funeral, and the team delivered everything he requested to the letter, plus so much more. They were professional, detailed, kind, totally on top of everything right down to assistance with small details outside the scope of their required work. They made it look easy and seamless and took so much off our to-do lists. My sisters and I are particular and satisfying 5 women is challenging, and not one thing was left incomplete or unfinished. The staff here was so kind and personable. They guided our family with professionalism, empathy, and integrity. The whole process was very transparent. There was zero high pressure sales tactics aimed at making our family spend more money, but presented all of our options. I would highly recommend them.
