Empowering Boston's Youth Through Summer Camps & Leadership Programs
For nearly a century, Crossroads has dedicated itself to empowering young people from Greater Boston and Brockton through transformative summer camps and year-round leadership programs. Founded in 1936, our mission centers on bridging the opportunity gap by providing high-quality, accessible programs that foster confidence, leadership, and community. Our 10-year continuum of experiential learning guides youth from grades 2 through 12, emphasizing social-emotional growth, civic engagement, and postsecondary success. With a focus on inclusivity, we ensure no child is turned away due to financial constraints, supported entirely by donor contributions. Our programs, including Camp Wing and C5 Leaders, have achieved measurable outcomes: 100% high school graduation rates among participants, 85% college enrollment, and 96% reported increases in confidence and physical activity. Accredited by the American Camp Association, we maintain rigorous safety standards while creating spaces where children thrive in nature, build friendships, and develop resilience. By partnering with families, donors, and corporate supporters, we cultivate a community where young people are empowered to shape their futures without being defined by socioeconomic barriers.

My husband and I held our wedding at Camp Wing in September of 2017. It was awesome! People are still claiming it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We reserved the camp for the entire weekend and had a blast from the minute we got there until we left on Sunday. Will and his staff were there for all our needs and then some. I rented the Union House for the weekend as well and it was a great place to stay the night before the wedding with all my girlfriends ( and a few special guys) and to use as a place on Saturday to get ready for the wedding. I work as a wedding planner and recommend

My daughter and son-in-law held their wedding at Camp Wing in September 2016, after having looked at possible venues in the Boston area and beyond. The camp facilities easily accommodated their guests and the weekend activities they wanted, including highlights such as a bride v. groom softball game, as well as offering lovely settings for the ceremony and reception. Union House was the perfect venue for the bride's family, and also provided space to assemble gift bags and favors, as well as an air conditioned respite on a warm fall weekend. I saved the event manager's cell phone number

We got married at Camp Wing in 2015, and couldn't say better things about the experience. It was the unique, fun, adventurous, epic wedding we had imagined. The Camp Wing itself is beautiful, with a lake and tons of fun activities. We had over half of our 200+ guests stay in the cabins, and they all loved the experience of all being together for the entire weekend. We were able to transform all of the various spaces into a beautiful, rustic chic look. Will and the rest of the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us use all the various spaces in creative ways. His communication
