I grew up in the sunny hills of Northern California, just a short drive from San Francisco. And if you live nearby or have been lucky enough to visit in the springtime, you know how those hills blanketed in wildflowers take your breath away. Is it really a surprise that a girl who grew up surrounded by wildflowers and elegant winery weddings became a wedding florist?
While I initially planned a life working in the hospitality industry, there was something about the art of floral design that tugged me back over and over again. I handmade bouquets for family events and friends, refining my skills and learning the magic of color balance and texture. Then, in 2011, my whole world changed: I launched my very own full-service, boutique floral design studio.
