A phenomenal experience starting with the purchase process and continuing through after sales service and routine maintenance. We have had the pleasure of a few deals with Action Water Sports and have always been impressed by the dealer's knowledge and professionalism. For our most recent purchase, we visited the showroom and were guided into the perfect boat for our family. Action took the time to identify our performance needs, how we will use the boat and the ages of our kids. In the end, we couldn't be happier and are loving days on the lake with the perfect pontoon. I had to replace the Bimini top on my 2014 Malibu 23 LSV, as the original one was stolen off of it. I called AWS, and they were able to custom make the framing and canvas for it cheaper than Malibu OEM! They were in communication with me the whole time! Stacey was wonderful to work with! Best customer care and service you could ask for. Once all the materials were there that they needed, they had it all done in less than 2 days! Thank you again Stacey!

Purchased a brand new (2021) G25 Paragon. Boat was purchased exclusively for Lake Powell. Boat broke 2 out of the 3 trips this summer on day 1 for both trips. Action is not willing to fix or help with boats so far away. Closest dealer is St George (who was willing to drive down a rental for us to save the day on our second busted week) When we requested help from Action to contact Nautique to pay for the rental, Action was not willing to stand up for their customer who paid full sticker price and ask the manufacture to help. If you plan to use your boat exclusively at LP do not purchase from Action
