Super easy to schedule, wonderful friendly staff, very very quick. My phone's battery couldn't hold a charge for even a day. If I left it unplugged at night, it would be fully dead by morning even on low power mode. Contacted T&E to get a new battery by scheduling through their website. They put there prices there so there were no surprises. They even returned my phone to me clean (like they got rid of all that dust and stuff that gets in the charging ports)!!

I go here all the time cause I have 4 kids. And kids drop stuff a lot. But I always go here and it gets fixed fast and in a timely manner and they are very professional.

Highly recommended! Jose fixed my cracked iPad screen and had it back in under a day! His price was the same as his website which was fair and affordable. Way better experience than the Apple store IMO. Go check him out!
