I just had to leave a note about our recent sale of my elderly parent's manufactured home. We listed the house with Ann Winchester at MHResales. It was by far the best house selling experience we've ever had. Ann and her team did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. They gave us great tips for improving the curb appeal and Ann went the extra mile to get all the paperwork assembled quickly, accurately and thoroughly. This would be the third time I have called on Bob Grimes for his vast experience in Realty. I have bought 2 homes from him and just recently sold 1. He had it sold within days! Made the experience a non-stressful one, as usual. If you don't understand something, he will make sure you do. Very nice man and easy to deal with. Bob and Jason are amazing!!!! My husband and I had a very limited time in FL to find an agent to list my parents home. We contacted Jason at 5:30 p.m. and Bob returned our call within a few hours and was able to meet with us the next morning. Once we returned to CT Bob was in constant communication with us. He even set up an appointment for someone to fix a leaking water valve. The entire process was stress free even though we were so far away. I would defiantly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a Mobile Home.
