My well pump went out so I called. They got to me by midday. As a total noob, I missed checking one of the thermo switches. I only got charged the trip charge.

Extremely happy with their service!! We lost water pressure and ended up being without water late in the evening. I called and left a message that night and had a return call by 8:00am. They were at my house within an hour of us talking! The technicians were friendly and thorough. They even took the time to explain things to me so I could pass it along to my husband. We thought that we probably had a major issue with our well and it ended up only being a short in the control panel. I am so happy with their honesty and the reasonable pricing. Terrible customer service. DONT use this company. Called to get a quote for a new water well drill. Passed off to Bruce for a quote. He stated that he was too busy. I asked what his time frame was and he stated he was out 2 or 3 months. I told him that was perfect as I was looking to start in about 3 months since the home is just starting being built. He again said he was too busy to give a quote. Completely unprofessional. Companies like this should be out of business for the way they want to treat potential customers.

Hier Drilling replaced a Stenner pump in my basement. The two young kids who replaced the pump said it was under warranty. Two weeks later I received a invoice for $750+ . This Stenner pump model cost about $321, so they doubled the price of the pump, and then charged me an hour of labor ($145) to make 3-4 connections. Stay clear of this company. Will never do business with them again!
