In 1947, Elmer Cockey began collecting his neighborhood's trash in Stevenson, Maryland with only a pick-up truck and his own two hands. More than 70 years and three generations later, Cockey's Enterprises, Inc. has steadily grown to become one of the most recognizable and dependable waste removal companies in the Baltimore Metro area.
