
Meenakshi, can you briefly walk us through your story - how you started and how you got to where you are today. I grew up surrounded by an Ayurveda and Homeopathy. My mom is a homeopathy doctor and, I am an Ayurveda Practitioner and a Panchkarma (Detox) Specialist. Ayurveda is the science of life which endows us with those indispensable tools to live a long healthy and meaningful life.
I was very keen on pursuing the scientific approaches in Alternative health care since from the inception of my career. During my learning journey, I learned the nitty grittier of Ayurveda principles, the role of right diet, Ayurvedic therapies and Panchakarma. I simply fell in love with the Ayurvedic approach to health and wellness.
