Facilities were clean, prompt and an amazing location in Albany.
Update:
One of my piercing studs came apart. I messaged Gina, she had me into an appt within 12 hours. As this was a new piercing and still needed the stud in. Despite her busy schedule and high demand, I saw her the next day at lunch. Gina is wonderful and talented. Thank you Gina!! Hugs

Absolutely the best piercer you will find in the Capital Region. Gina is phenomenal and a true artist and I've never seen a piercing of hers look bad. It is 100% worth going to see her even if it's a drive.
