When you walk in to a Genuine hometown Hardware Store and everyone knows who you are, its what makes this place special. You feel like you are part of the family, Rachelle, Troy, Grego, Jeremy, Kerry, Michelle and even that sweet sweet office lady Marcie, they are all MORE than willing to help you. Each of them have marked abilities in their field which allow for a specialized approach to your custom needs, and if one of them doesnt know, they will find someone who will. You will get you the best graded lumber, at the best prices, and you cant beat that hometown feel, it beats going to

Mawson is for sure the place to go for all your lumber needs! The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to get you what you need. Dylan Devore in particular was a total champion - unbelievably helpful (and PATIENT!) while we put together an order for a custom cut door. He made what would have been such a tedious hassle into a surprisingly pleasant and pain-free experience. Mawson also delivered my door for free which was so awesome. I don't know of anywhere else in town that will do that! Highly recommend!!

Initially the service we received was good. When our sliding door delivered in December 2019 the screen was missing. We are still waiting for screen.

Everyone in there always has an answer or they can find you one. Much better than most box stores where they just give you an isle # and send you on your way. This is the front of the store not the blank brick side ;)

I went in to Mawson to get help with a bracket I needed for my builder. We weren't sure which one to buy, as we had not read our blueprints thoroughly. Rochelle was very patient and helpful and immediately found what I needed after I called the structural engineer, who immediately read the blueprint and told us what he had already told us. So great job Rochelle, bad job for us for not reading directions! But her patience and attention to my needs was above and beyond, as I am not a "regular." I will be now!

Quinn was great helping me get some baseboards that were nicer, better quality, longer (17'), and less expensive than the big box store, with free delivery.
