Having my own practice have been a dream of mine since I decided to go back to school to pursue my Esthetician License in 2015. 2. I am located at 3560 J St. Suite 4. East Sacramento, Cross street J St & 36th Street. Entrance to Suite 4 is on 36th street. There is a free 2 hr street parking on 36th Street, or you can park in the small parking lot reserved for suite 4. 4. All clients agree to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY- Pressure points is a tight area within muscle tissues that causes pain in other parts of the body. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: focuses on those deeper layers of muscle tissue which tend to hold a lot of tension that bothers us. The primary aim of this treatment is to help relieve muscles of this chronic tension- but its effect often achieve much more, reversing poor posture, relieving chronic pain, and improving mobility.
