Studio 54 Tattoo & Piercings tattoo artist Randy Miller was born and raised right here in Lutz, FL. Randy has been tattooing in the Tampa Bay Area for almost 25 years! Starting in 1994, he worked in the Florida panhandle at Tattoos Forever, then from 1997-2003, he worked at the Blue Devil in Ybor City.

Ramon Castillo was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Growing up, he was exposed to tattooing by way of skateboarding and the local hardcore punk scene where he started to play guitar in various bands. During that time, he met a few tattooers, one of them being Jose Fernandez, aka Manolo. They became really good friends, and after a few years, Ramon became his apprentice.

At Studio 54 Tattoo & Piercings, we offer body piercings by our two piercers, Rich and Gypsy Lynne. Together they have more than 25 years of combined experience in the body piercing business.
