We are Fidel and Diana Moreno, owners and operators of Quantum Coffee Roasters. We are full time teachers in San Antonio, Tx. teaching Physics and Math, respectively. Besides having a passion for education, we also have a passion for finding the best green coffee that can be sourced and roasting it just right.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a coffee lover. I just never realized that I was in love with bad coffee. Little did I know that a student of mine would soon turn my coffee loving world inside out! One day in class, a student of mine asked me if I would be interested in sampling some coffee he had roasted.

The top picture shown is of a coffee shrub with the ripened fruit ready for harvest. The picture on the bottom left shows what an individual coffee cherry looks like. Beside it is the fruit covered "coffee bean" (actually a seed), removed from it's "cascara." This is our ongoing collaboration with local chocolatier Mary Collazo of Chocollazo.

We have a full set up of coffees, hot or cold for you to sample and purchase while you do your shopping. The Cibolo Nature Center and Farm is a great place to enjoy nature. Surrounded by Cibolo Creek, nature trails, and offering nature focused education, the Cibolo Nature Center makes for a wonderful family outing.
