While Driftaway Cafe was founded in 2001 (a terrible year for all Americans), its founders and leaders are not new to the hospitality industry. Robyn Quattlebaum has been in this business since 1979 and has traveled all over the southeast, opening restaurants for corporate conglomerates such as Applebee's and Bennigan's as well as critically acclaimed local Savannah Restaurants.
