These folks have the best customer service Ive received in a long time. Had some minor issues with my trailer last week, gave them a call and they told me it would be a few days before Id get it back, which was no issue to me. I dropped it off on a Tuesday around 11am and they called me a few hours later to let me know it was already done. If you want a quality product with a great warranty and customer service to back it, this is the place to go. Thanks again!

These guys are the best! Trailers are built like a tank and they treat their customers like royalty! The customer service can not be beat, Ill bet money on that one! The quality can not be beat either, I can prove that too. I wish I had gotten rid of my ez loader trailer years ago and go my Hi Tech trailer sooner! This trailer makes towing my boat so much more smoother and easier. They use top of the line parts and accessories. They cut no corners and dont leave you pulling a trailer with messy grinds or cuts. My trailer was absolutely flawless. A big thanks goes out to this company, I Absolutely
