What piercing services do you offer?
We provide all body piercing services using single-use needles and autoclave sterilization. Our specialties include ear, nose, belly button, and industrial piercings with hypoallergenic jewelry options.
Do you require appointments?
Appointments are recommended during peak summer season but not required. Walk-ins are accepted during regular business hours with priority given to scheduled clients.
What are your operating hours?
Summer hours: Mon-Thu 12-10, Fri-Sun 12-11. Winter hours: Sun-Thu 1-7:30, Fri-Sat 1-8:30. Hours may vary seasonally without prior notice.
What identification do you require?
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services. Acceptable forms include driver's licenses, state IDs, and passports. We verify age requirements for specific piercings.
Do you offer aftercare products?
Yes, we carry H2Ocean and Naked Aftercare products including healing sprays and soaking solutions. Our staff provides personalized aftercare instructions during each piercing appointment.
Can I bring my own jewelry?

Brian was courteous but did not give me what I asked for. I asked for the smallest gauge, literally gave him the nose ring I wanted him to use. but instead he went with something else. I asked for a closer placement to my other two nose piercings but instead he gave an equilateral placement. I also had to come back in for readjustments. All in all, I gave in to Brians suggestions but I am not satisfied with the end result.

My nose ring was too long and they customized it for me. The guy didnt complain or mumble under his breath, he just did it and put it in my nose. He had a great personality and customer service on top a lot of knowledge on the product.

I was very displeased with Bryants unprofessional behavior towards me and my sister. We both felt uncomfortable with comments towards us and walked away knowing we would never come back to this establishment. I was disgusted with his egregious behavior. He had to pierce my sisters nose 3 times because he did it wrong. All in all take caution when going to the establishment. Thank you.

They wouldn't let you buy any jewelry without filling out your entire home address. Without getting any piercing there is no reason to fill out your information in that context at all. You can buy jewelry online and looks like that's what I'll be doing instead of supplying a local business with money for whatever they might have had to sell in stock already. Definitely recommend going somewhere else with better customer service.
