Granted, she is very grateful for Western Medicine when it shines, most often in acute situations. Comprehensive naturopathic diagnosis involves searching for what needs to be healed in the patient.

There are toxicants in our atmosphere, water, foods, body care products, cleaning products, etc. These toxicants can build up in our bodies and impair normal functioning, leading to dis-ease.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you. Dr. April will get to know you and your personal health history. A functional physical exam will be performed with the goal of identifying disturbances and areas of stress in the body. If you have recent lab work, Dr. April will review this briefly during your 1st visit, and more in-depth between your 1st and 2nd visits.

Whether you feel safer in the comfort of your home, or you are acutely ill and just need a consult with Dr. April, we have you covered with telemedicine virtual appointments. With telemedicine, some typical diagnostic and screening tools are not able to be performed; however, a treatment plan can still be recommended based on symptoms and observations over Zoom.
