The staff, the location, the amenities, and the neighbors have all been absolutely amazing. The epidemic among other things have always been taken care of and handled professionally by our amazing managerial staff. We were always informed, taken care of, and respected regardless of situations. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime and I couldn't think of a better place to live!

I am new to Monterey County. Life is Salinas is extremely different and costly. I moved here for an employment opportunity and then COVID changed everything. The Management staff have been understanding and have worked with me to maintain my home. Everyone is friendly, the grounds are well maintained and the fresh air is priceless.

The staff here was amazing. Friendly and welcomed me from my first visit. I looked around at a lot of apartments and I wasted a lot of time. By far the nicest around.

False promises ( with the pool- could not use the pool since they were renovating for a year- and they said it will take one month). Secondly when we were moving out we were so stressed out about fees they charged us. We thought we will get our deposit back, but instead we ended up paying aprox. $500 additional. Terrible, terrible experience. They need to learn that customers generate money for them. I will not recommend that place to anyone and hope this review will help others. This place keep your deposit, even after receiving a breakdown of how much you are getting back. They play games and lie to your face specifically Mark who supposed to be the manager. They hung up on you and do not give you a concrete explanation of what happened with your money its been almost three months and no security deposit back. BE AWARE!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cypress Creek. Staff is great and the location is awesome. The gym is fantastic and so is the pool. People really need to pick up after their dogs though, but that's out of reach from front desk. I wouldn't think twice of living here again
