All Star Swim Academy is an indoor, year-round swim school in Henderson, NV offering swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on our effective, gentle approach that produces safe, efficient swimmers who can continue on with the sport for a lifetime. Our swim school offers the lowest student/teacher ratios of any swim school in the Las Vegas valley!
We put a maximum of three children in each of our Learn to Swim classes, and all of our staff are highly trained. We believe that continuity is key to learning any sport; hence our facility is designed with the idea that our students can continue their swimming lessons year round in 92 degree water.

Our water is 92 degrees. We find that warm water is key to the success of our swimming classes as it ensures the comfort of our students. In order to ensure a healthy learning environment, we utilize ultraviolet purification, one of the highest quality purification systems in existence and the only proven effective method to sterilize pools from germs such as crypto and giardia.

Swim Team

Our intramural swim team is designed for graduates of our Learn-to-Swim curriculum. Its purpose is to introduce the swimmer to the competitive side of the sport. Swimmers have the option of doing once-a-week or twice-a-week practices. Each practice focuses on building strength and endurance though various drills and exercises.
Adult Lessons

Our adult classes are divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Adults take lessons for many reasons, including becoming a stronger recreational swimmer, preparing for an upcoming cruise/vacation, preparing to enter the military, and training for triathlons. We approach our adult classes with the intention to individualize our approach and tailor your classes to your particular goals.
Our instructors
Report
Our instructors are carefully recruited based upon their certifications, aquatic background, and child development backgrounds. Each instructor goes through a 30 hour apprenticeship including both classroom training, and in-water training, before they start teaching classes of their own. Every staff member also participates in periodic staff development workshops throughout the year, and they are also given regular performance critiques as well.
