For over 60 years the Alton Band and Orchestra Builders has supported the music program of the Alton Community Unit School District No. 11. ABOB's partnership with the Alton School District provides music, equipment and instruments for our elementary, middle and high school band and orchestra students.

I believe the following should be in school district records as well as the records of the Alton Band and Orchestra Builders. The Alton Band Builders (ABB) was organized after World War II under the leadership of interested parents and Guy Duker, high school band director. The primariy duty of the ABB was to uniform the high school band with new, up-to-date uniforms.

This is our 8th Grade Night and ABOB General Meeting. We will be inviting all 8th grade band members to join us for rehearsal on this evening in order to give them a. We are excited to recognize each senior M100 member at this Friday's football game! All senior M100 members and the family member(s) who plan to escort them need to be on the track at 6:15pm.

I hope you saw the Mother's Day text yesterday - THANK YOU band moms for all you do for all the band kids (and their directors too ). You are SO appreciated! There's actually quite a bit going on as we finish up the year - here's what we've got: Marching 100 Season.
We do have a couple of things coming up with the school year finishing: With the turn in dates coming up for Alton High:Seniors 5/15Juniors 5/18Sophomores 5/19Freshmen 5/20 We will be at school!We'd love to see familiar faces and we'll need some things:1.
