Colorado recently passed landlord legislation that makes it illegal to discriminate on the basis of source of income. This includes housing vouchers through Section 8 participants. You will have the ability to text or call your manager directly. If it is after hours, texts are preferred and if the nature of the inquiry is urgent, it will be responded to even after normal business hours.
