Warrior Level Program - Our high intensity signature four class course will focus on reducing criminal encounters for our students. This course will provide effective self-defense tactics to women in response to an attempted assault, rape or abduction. By providing students with options, panic can be replaced by a plan, allowing for effective defensive tactics and an improved outcome.
