Wahada Japanese Sushi Bar & Grill is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and offers a great selection of authentic Japanese cuisine for lunch and dinner. Wahada is a Japanese condiment traditionally served with sushi, sashimi, seafood, and soba noodle dishes. Its bright green color which adds great color interest, as well as its uniquely indescribable taste, are the keys to many famous Japanese dishes.
I was introduced to Wahada Restaurant about 2 years ago and ate there faithfully once a week, the Tiger roll was my favorite, along with the Eel roll, if you get a chance sit at the bar and get to know.

Sliced sesame tuna delicately seared to perfection with our specially made creamy wasabi sauce. A delicious assortment of fresh tuna, salmon, white fish and our very own California roll. Fresh tuna coated with black pepper and Japanese spices, sliced thin, served over sliced cucumber, garnished with green onions, and topped with our very own ponzu sauce.
