Excellent customer service. I used the website, and there were some stock issues with the goal I ordered, and questions I had. My emails were responded to immediately and we worked out another item. I also ordered something that didn't qualify for free shipping, and I was contacted right away to confirm I still wanted the item. That's great communication.

Ordered an indoor FH stick as a gift. 2 months after purchase, and 4 times of use, it has a large gouge on the head and it looks like it was used for years. I contacted the store, who wanted photos and I provided. I received an email saying "scratches and a paint chip" are cosmetic; there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed in client service, and the inability to stand behind the products they sell.

I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing service we received while there today. We had called ahead to explain that we were bringing our daughter to try on a new set of goalie gear but that we wanted to secretly purchase and ship it as a surprise Christmas gift. We had two employees help us as one was still in training and they were both phenomenal helping her to try on endless amounts of different styles for each piece of the gear until she found what was most comfortable for her all while also assisting the steady customers walking in. We will never go anywhere else online or in store other

My daughter and I traveled 2 hours from NJ for the garage sale for goalie equipment. I had expected a larger clearance sale. I wish the sales staff was a little more attentive to our needs and provided more options as they did with customers. We learned the next day, they had TK chest protector was in stock. After 2 hours of shopping, a missed opportunity for us and a lost sale for them.

This is your Field Hockey destination. They only sell FH gear. The staff was very knowledgeable about making recommendations and didn't try to upsell at all. Stuff isn't the lowest price. Could probably find it cheaper at a big box store, but I value the level of service we received.

Service was fantastic. The knowledgeable staff helped outfit my field hockey goalie into appropriate gear and gave her tips on how to put it on quickly. They were very patient as my daughter weighed her different options. It was worth the drive to make sure that everything fit just right before we bought it.
