Ballet Classes
Our ballet program develops proper technique through structured lessons in barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor progressions. Students learn classical repertoire while building strength, flexibility, and grace. Instructors emphasize proper alignment and musicality, preparing dancers for pointe work when physically ready.
Hip Hop Dance
Contemporary hip hop classes teach street-style choreography with emphasis on rhythm, isolations, and personal expression. Students master current trends while developing foundational skills in breaking and commercial dance styles. Classes incorporate improvisation to foster creativity and confidence.
Musical Theatre
This interdisciplinary program combines dance, acting, and vocal training to develop well-rounded performers. Students rehearse full-scale productions while learning character development, stagecraft, and ensemble techniques. The curriculum prepares participants for auditions and professional theatre opportunities.
Vocal Training

Acro Dance

With over a decade of experience, Tami founded Joyful Soles Dance in 2012 to combine her passion for dance and faith. She oversees all operations while teaching select classes, ensuring the studio maintains its commitment to excellence and Christian values.

What dance styles do you offer?
We teach 15+ styles including ballet, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, tap, Irish dance, acro, and musical theatre. Our seasonal schedule also includes speciality workshops.
Do you accept homeschool students?
Yes! We offer dedicated homeschool theatre classes and flexible scheduling options. Many homeschool families have been part of our studio since our founding in 2012.
Are trial classes available?
We offer one free trial class each September. Contact us directly to schedule your visit and experience our studio environment firsthand.
What performance opportunities exist?
Our annual spring production features all students in age-appropriate roles. We also participate in local community events and have presented performances at church functions.
What are your dress code requirements?
We maintain a modest dress code with specific attire requirements for each class type. Details are included in our registration packet and available on our website.
How do I register for classes?

I am one of the dancers here. I absolutely love it! The staff is so nice and supportive and all the dancers love what they do. I would definitely recommend this place. Throughout all the challenges the staff still pulled through. I would also recommend Ms. Killian she is very supportive and is great at what she does.

This studio is a hidden gem in Colorado! The teachers are incredibly diligent and caring. Miss Tami is very kind and is so welcoming! This studio totally prepared me for the pre-pro ballet world and Ill cherish it forever! The teachers strengthen your technique so well!!! They also strengthen your love for dance (especially dancing for Jesus) in such a warm friendly environment! ALL of the teachers care about each student and their needs. Joyful Soles Dance Studio is a wonderful place for children to experience all aspects of dance: the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. Many genres of dance (ballet, modern, lyrical, tap, hip-hop, Irish) are offered in an encouraging, professional, non-competitive atmosphere. The director, Miss Tami, and all teachers truly care about each child that comes through the doors at Joyful Soles.

Joyful Soles Dance has been apart of our lives since 2012. My daughter started dancing for something fun to do one summer, and is now taking multiple classes and loves her time there. My son was so excited when he was old enough to dance too, he takes hip-hop, jazz and Irish dancing. When the theatre program started in 2014 they started that as well. My kids have gained confidence and skills, and love dancing, singing and acting in a safe, clean, loving atmosphere.

My daughter loves Joyful Soles and so do I. She's learning dance from great role models and their emphasis on Christian values just makes it the perfect combination. Their spring productions are very well-done and everyone participates. It's a fantastic place!

My middle daughter has enjoyed Irish Step Dance, Ballet, Tap and now is loving hip hop with Joyful Soles for the past 5 years. My youngest now four joined their "Mustard Seeds" group which is wonderful, giving the little children a good blend of ballet, tap and hip hop. Their Spring Productions are out of this world! They combine all the year's lessons into one huge production including all ages and all dance groups, plus their acting classes. This past year they did a modern version of Cinderella. I love the Christian values in the music and dancing; the girls love just plain having a blast and
