These tools empower users to seek timely treatment through immediate results and resource referrals. Screenings are accessible 24/7 for personal or youth mental health concerns.
Support Groups
We facilitate support groups for individuals facing mental health challenges, including specialized programs for mothers, young professionals, and families. These groups provide safe spaces for shared experiences and emotional support. Participants gain coping strategies through guided discussions and peer connections.
Educational Programs
Our educational initiatives include Mental Health First Aid certification, the WHO classroom curriculum for youth, and annual Adolescent Symposium conferences. These programs train professionals and community members to recognize mental health issues and provide early intervention. Over 100,000 participants benefit annually from our evidence-based training.
Crisis Resources
We connect individuals to 24/7 crisis services including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and mobile crisis teams. Our resources guide users to immediate support through phone, text, or in-person options. We also maintain a database of local warmlines and emergency response protocols.

Our workplace wellness initiatives help organizations implement mental health policies and employee support systems. Services include stress management workshops, mental health day resources, and stigma-reduction training. Employers receive customized plans to improve workplace mental health culture.

I love the Hoarding and Clutter Support Group. So helpful to meet with people and understand my behaviors better. I'm thinking of going to the Depression group as well. Such a beautiful building and meeting rooms.

Very insightful book groups. They are as important as counseling to me. I accidentall put a word that's the opposite of important before editing and apparently a lot of people saw the review :/ This place is really helpful to me. Been going there for a few years since high school
