Countryside Manor was designed carefully to be an assisted living facility with a soothing environment, safe & secure, easy to navigate floor plan, activities for every level of resident we have and promote a sense of family. Our caregivers focus on each person individually, learn their likes/dislikes in order to provide them with the best level of senior care and be their friend.
We have weekly meals specially planned and fun, meaningful activities to engage all our residents. Family and friends are encouraged to come to monthly family night, weekly game nights, enjoy a meal with their loved one, or just anytime they want to drop by and say hello! We are only about 15-20 minutes from downtown Conroe.

We are a privately owned & operated, fully licensed senior home. Specifically designed for seniors, we strive to create an environment that is comfortable, safe, and meaningful. 4 years, Megan has worked for an Architecture firm that specializes in designing senior living communities. Sean comes from a background in farming and knows what it means to have a great work ethic.

We love our residents & their families, so feel free to visit during normal business hours 8am-8pm or call to set up a tour! We are here to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. To pre-register please read our Pre-admission checklist and download the Application for Reservation, fill out & email it to countrysidemanorconroe@gmail.com OR call/email to set-up an appointment to discuss possible admission and come by for a tour of our beautiful newly constructed facility. We provide a closet/armoire and resident can bring their own bed (or if necessary we can provide a bed).

Activities take place every day of the week throughout the day. We provide a variety of activities to meet the needs of the individuals. This includes memory games, movie nights, bingo, arts & crafts, gardening, as well as small group and individual activities.
Our staff is trained in working with our residents to promote interaction and socialization on a level that is comfortable to each individual in order to help reduce the risk of depression and loneliness.We invite family, friends and volunteers to come play bingo, watch a movie, play games with our residents or just sit and socialize!

Volunteer

We enjoy having volunteers come to socialize with our residents, take them for a walk in the garden, assist with activities, put together a puzzle, sit and talk, etc. At Countryside Manor we do not require volunteers to come at scheduled times or certain days, etc. As long as you are approved and background checked, you are welcome any time during normal business hours.
