We are a locally owned and operated bail bond agency with a rich local history spanning more than 35 years in service to Sonoma County residents. We serve the two Sonoma County jails: the Main Adult Detention Facility and the North County Detention Facility. We are courteous, professional, and very fast.

Our bail bond agency is located near the corner of Steele Lane and County Center Drive. We are close to the Sonoma County Hall of Justice, where the Criminal Division of the Sonoma County Superior Court and the Main Adult Detention Facility can be found, to give our clients the best possible bail service.

The court may keep the bail and issue an arrest warrant if you don't appear for your court dates. A bail bond agent charges a percentage of the total bail amount as a fee for their services. This fee is called premium. You do not get the premium back from a bail bond agent. California state law requires a panel of judges in each county to predetermine the amount of bail for commonly occurring offenses.

Sometimes, it's not possible to meet in person. For those times, we've provided the following bail bond forms that you can fill out and fax, or scan and email to us. Each case is different, so call us, and we'll discuss which forms are needed in your particular case. This is the contract for the bail bond.
