When first booking this, I was concerned because I saw ALOT of really bad reviews for this company. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say though, I had an AWESOME experience! My flight was delayed over and over the night I was supposed to get into Las Vegas and ended up cancelling. Every time I called, I spoke with Kim who was super nice and said how they were tracking my flight for me and hadn't forgotten. When my flight cancelled, not only was she sympathetic to my crying over the phone, but she rebooked me at the last second. My chauffeur Curt was the SWEETEST! He was on time, super

Bell Limo Service was 5 star all the way. From communication and timeliness to luxury and service. The bright star of the ride was our driver Gunner. Super down to Earth guy, made us all feel comfortable and in charge of our night. Id highly recommend bell limos and would say take it a step further and attempt to reserve Gunner as your driver. I know me and my pals wont use anyone else. Cheers
