Lies, lies, and more lies. BE PREPARED TO WAIT OVER A YEAR FROM START TO FINISH!! And for excuse after excuse.. We have been living in our home for 4 years and still haven't received original keys to our home. After waiting for calls back for MONTHS after everything was done.. we had power, water, everything done and they didn't give us the keys. So we stopped communicating and just changed all locks and hope to never see them again.. Roof had to be redone within 3 months of moving in..

BEWARE! We were looking to either stick build or in the alternative go Manufactured because we wanted to be finished by a certain date. So when we visited Homes Direct we were told by Jim Castle in December 2018 that manufactured was way quicker than stick build and once signed they could do it in 6 to 9 months tops. They even advertise on their website that their process "From factory to home in 4 to 6 months." Well, long story short ....to date of this review our home is still not ready (16 months later) they kept telling us the delays were the County and they were waiting on permits

September 1 will be a year we started the process. I regret the day we met them. What we thought would be our dream home is a nightmare! The house was put on the property April 15 and its October 15 and still no electricity or air conditioning. To make matters worse their lender started our payments August 1 and we haven't even had a walkthrough. The installation process was sloppy. Watch what you sign and expect lies from everyone!

Bought a home thru them the general manger Jim castle is great helped us all the way from planning, decorating, and even giving us leads on a piece of land to buy to put it on. Would highly recommend them..
