Mr Arbor (Hector) was a great choice. They took down some really big eucalyptus trees on a steep hillside. They were competitively priced and did the work quickly and effectively. They even finished one day less than their estimate. They are also a very professional outfit. One of their workers mistakenly caused minor damage to a fence post when they were removing the huge trees. When I told the owner he came out and fixed the fence like new with no haggling. I know things can go a little sideways on huge jobs like this. I really respect a company that stands by their work. I would

I can't say enough about Hector Chan and his team. They did an outstanding job of dead redwood tree removal and heavy trimming of big oaks. The were fast, efficient and left the property raked and clean. I highly recommend them. I'm fact, two of my neighbors, having seen my yard, have already used them and thanked me for the referral.

Highly recommended! Excellent experience, responsiveness, pricing. The team showed up to do the work exactly when scheduled. Did exactly what we agreed upon; but were flexible when I added some things at the last minute. The team completed the work exactly when they said they would be. Clean-up was excellent. Perfect - and I'm very hard to please. We had a six-story eucalyptus tree, several olive trees, and several other tress pruned by Mr. Arbor today. The outcome is amazing and I'm certain adds value to our home. Great.

They did a very nice job trimming our oaks and did a thorough clean-up afterwards. Their pricing was mid-range of the 4 estimates I got. The crew is skilled and polite. You should watch the work as it progresses to make sure they cut back all the sections you want, but the guys have a good eye for aesthetics all on their own. They will do whatever you ask as long as it is within the time frame and scope of work agreed upon in the estimate. Be sure you have a clear understanding on how long they will spend on your job. I was told the job would take about 6 hrs when I got the estimate (I wrote

Happy to invite them out for an estimate, I took his wise suggestion to pay a daily rate to take care of our tree needs. He has a keen sense of what needs to be done and his fearless crew went about it. Very organized and clean - I got my estimates and had bids and we went with Mr Arbor! We are pleased we did.
