I've been using CT/NY Tech for a few years since Bob Imbres first started, and much as it was in the beginning it is now the same, a well worth service company to deal with. There are many computer tech places but the issue is trust, "will my information be safe?". And with CT/NY Tech it is. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a new computer/tech person then please give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience with CTNY Tech and would highly recommend the service to others. I always found technology intimidating and IT Techs somewhat hard
to communicate with. Then we found Bob ! Extremely knowledgeable and
very easy to communicate with. Bob listens, will ask some questions , then goes to work. He has provided us with solutions to our problems and has made life simpler. Happy to have found him.

I have worked with CT/NY for 3 years. Bob Imbres has been terrific. He has been my go to person for all of my tech needs for my business, including installing Microsoft One Drive for my entire staff and doing it in a way where business was not interrupted. Ive also made use of his services for several projects at my home, including the installation of Nest outdoor cameras. Overall I could not be happier with CT/NY and highly recommend them.
