Agreements are month to month unless the Tenant or Landlord delivers a written notice to terminate the Agreement. After the written notice has been delivered and the tenant hasn't vacated the unit the lease will be renewed. Vacating is defined as removing all property in the space, leaving it in clean condition and removing the lock.

Our Plan is an addendum to the storage lease which protects tenant belongings against fire, smoke damage, lightning, explosion, hurricane, windstorm, tornado, water damage (excluding flood), hail, theft accompanied by forcible and violent entry or exit, riot, strike, civil commotion, malicious damage, vandalism, subsidence, building collapse, sinkhole collapse, falling objects, weight of snow, ice or sleet, impact by vehicles or aircraft, moth, insect, rodent or vermin damage covered up to $500.
