Very friendly called on the phone trying to fix a issue with my mower. The guy knew in just a few words what was wrong and they had the part in stock unlike 2 other places I called just before that. The others had no idea what was wrong and tried to sell me a part I knew I didn't need.

They definitely take advantage of elderly people when it comes to repairs. Its disgusting how much my 100 year old grandpa gave them over the years for very simple repairs. Disgusting!
