Emailed Josie several times but she never replied to me. Was interested in the Cloud based system but will use someone who replies to emails. I even emailed the main website but no reply.

They do not make good on their warranty. They sell crippled software at high prices and when it doesn't perform they won't even offer an upgrade path to resolve the problem. Too bad, though. I have had long standing experience with this company and find their current policies to be totally unacceptable. I'm out about $800.00 and have to start all over again with someone else. Beware!
