Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Local 101-473 of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada. The AFM is the largest organization in the world dedicated to representing the interests of professional musicians. Local 101-473 represents the very finest professional musicians in Dayton, OH and surrounding areas.

With such active members as Roberta Flack, Santana, Yo-Yo Ma, Sheila E, Suzanne Vega, The Goo Goo Dolls, Willie Nelson, and Branford Marsalis, there is a strong representation of major recording individuals and groups. The AFM has been promoting and protecting professional musicians for over 110 years.

Local 101-473 assists potential live music purchasers in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas to find the right artist or group for their party, wedding, festival, corporate function or any other event that requires live music. In addition, the AFM provides an international on-line referral service (free of charge to all members and potential purchasers) that is quickly becoming one of the largest Internet resources of its kind.

The Dayton Musicians Association is committed to furthering live music in Dayton and surrounding areas. We are actively seeking partnerships with corporate citizens, local and provincial governments, non-profit organizations, schools, churches and other unions/associations to ensure that live music remains a vital part of our community.

Whether it's live entertainment for a wedding, corporate event, concert, fair, night club, or ANY other function, insist on the quality and professionalism that only the Dayton Musicians Association can deliver. Administrator have none categories that allow posting of ads (needs to check the box 'Allow Ads' when creating categories).

Outside of normal Local 101-473 office hours, should you experience an emergency, you can call one of the AFM's 24-hour toll-free hotlines. A representative from the AFM will be happy to assist you. All of Montgomery County and part of Greene County that includes the City of Fairborn and Bath Township, Beaver Creek and Sugar Creek townships, including the village of Bellbrook.
