Rice Funeral Home was established in 1940 by Roger A. Rice (1903 - 1964), who left a position at Norton Company to venture onto his own in business. He graduated from the New England Institute in Boston in 1939, and began the funeral home at its current location at 300 Park Avenue in Worcester. In 1948, his son Arthur F. Rice (1926 - 2001) graduated from New England Institute and joined his father in the funeral home.

Our staff is comprised of dedicated and licensed professionals with the experience to answer all your questions regarding our services. Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. Celeste Rice Kimball joined Rice Funeral Home as a licensed apprentice in 2001 and completed her course of studies at the Funeral Institute of New England (FINE) in Westwood in 2003, where she received High Honors.
