Excellent service and care from the first phone call to the processing payment! Looking for saw as a gift for my husband! Weeks of calls and run around from several dealers until one call at closing time! The saw was pulled ready by opening EVERYONE OFFERED ASSISTANCE KNOWLEDGEABLE THOUGHTFUL FRIENDLY LOOKING FOR STILH PRODUCTS LOOK NO FURTHER! We will be back and will share with everyone we can !

Very helpful, I placed an order over the phone but needed to call back. A note was made so when I called back the next person answering knew what I wanted and continued helping flawlessly. When I picked up the new saw they gave me instructions how to run it. Although, they were very busy they took their time explaining the new features on the saw and making sure I had everything I needed as well.
