Alexandria Adult Primary Care is now offering laser skin resurfacing and laser hair removal. Laser Skin Resurfacing, which is radio frequency, reverses signs of sun damage, scarring, freckles, wrinkles, produces collagen to help improve lightness and texture. With Laser Hair Removal, the energy is used to target and destroy hair follicles that cause hair growth without damaging your skin.

To make sure there are no delays in care during your first visit experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your registration is complete before meeting with your new provider. In an effort to respect the time of all of patients, our staff strives to stay on schedule so that other patients do not have to wait.

You will no longer receive statements from us, but you will continue to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim has been processed, detailing the charges and payments made on your behalf.

With access to your health history and an understanding of your individual needs, your doctor can give you advice over the phone to guide your next steps. A visit to an urgent care facility or, if it is a life-threatening emergency, a visit to the emergency department.

If we are not available, you can meet with one of our colleagues 24/7 via our secure virtual visit technology to treat a variety of health concerns (bites, rashes, flu, urinary tract infection, etc.).If you suspect your condition requires further testing, like blood work or imaging, visit an immediate care facility for a more convenient and cost-effective alternative to the emergency department.
