This size unit will fit a couple of pieces of large furniture up to 15 boxes, lawn mower, bicycle etc. The Reservation Deposit is the deposit amount needed to reserve a unit and the full amount will be credited back on the first rental invoice. 100 Square feet of space. This sized unit will usually hold the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, including some appliances, couches.
