Services

Wall Insulation

We install dense-packed cellulose insulation in wall cavities to stop air infiltration and improve energy efficiency. Our process involves drilling small holes, filling cavities at 3.5 pounds per square foot, and sealing holes for minimal disruption. This method enhances comfort, reduces noise transfer, and lowers heating and cooling costs while maintaining structural integrity.

Attic Insulation

Our attic insulation services use cellulose to achieve optimal R-values and prevent heat loss. We ensure even coverage, seal bypasses, and address recessed lighting to meet code requirements. This solution improves thermal performance, reduces energy consumption, and creates a more consistent indoor climate.

Air Sealing

We specialize in identifying and sealing air leaks around plumbing, electrical penetrations, and structural gaps. Our comprehensive approach includes caulk, foam, and specialized barriers to create airtight envelopes. This reduces drafts, moisture intrusion, and HVAC strain while enhancing overall home efficiency.

Basement Insulation

We apply cellulose directly to block or concrete basement walls to resist mold, improve temperature control, and dampen sound. Our method addresses moisture issues first, ensuring long-term performance. This service creates comfortable, energy-efficient basements resistant to pests and temperature fluctuations.

Soundproofing

Cellulose insulation is used to minimize sound transfer between rooms and floors. Its dense composition absorbs noise, making it ideal for shared walls, home theaters, and exterior barriers. This service enhances privacy and comfort without compromising thermal performance.

So as a new home owner in the Cleveland I have been learning more and more about my home. With extreme cold on one portion of my house that had a fully finished ceiling and was without attic access I finally was able to have a contractor cut an access hole to figure out why it was sooo cold. One look and we found what the problem was... Zero insulation, ZERO!!! I immediately searched for a quality and responsive service company. I called Joseph Wolf at AirLock Insulation in Cleveland and he picked up after the first few rings!!! I explained my issue and he said he'd be over in an hour! Joseph arrived

Joseph and his crew were right on time, and did exactly as Joseph said they would, for a very good price! I had my whole house insulated, and had some challenging areas to get to, but the guys did it all.
Joseph and his crew went above and beyond what I expected, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I cant be happier with the job they did. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their home insulated. Thanks Joseph!, it was a pleasure working with you and your guys.

Airlock did my (2) attic areas and walk-in closet. Joe the owner was part of the installation team. He took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and let me watch the job in progress. Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. Very competitive pricing.

Joe is a straight shooter, with no up-selling and no bait and switch. Competitive pricing with a thorough and complete installation. Every cavity was filled to capacity. I appreciated his candor and advice, even above and beyond the insulation job. A great contractor and consultant all rolled in to one!!
