1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Hayden Road Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
What To Expect

As a new client of our Hayden Road Animal Hospital in Scottsdale, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

My German Shepherds were adopted from the pound. However, they receive the same world class medical care as the finest police service dogs. I would give HRAH 10 stars if I could. Dr. Wayne Svoboda is one of the best I have found when it comes to reptile vets (and vets in general I am sure). I had previously seen him at another hospital and wanted to take my leopard gecko to him again, so I found Hayden Road Animal Hospital.

Anesthesia and Patient Monitoring

We monitor our patients closely to keep them as safe as possible during procedures that require general anesthesia. A veterinary technician will continually assess your pet's heart and respiratory rate, . For some procedures, your pet will need to be administered general anesthesia so that he or she will be unconscious and not feel pain.
