Services

Asphalt Paving

Our asphalt paving creates durable surfaces using high-quality materials and precise installation techniques. We handle residential driveways and commercial parking lots, ensuring proper drainage and long-term performance. Projects include excavation, grading, and compaction for lasting results.

Sealcoating

Commercial-grade sealcoating protects asphalt from UV damage, water penetration, and winter treatments. Our application process extends pavement life while enhancing appearance with a rich black finish.

Infrared Repair

Infrared technology allows seamless repairs by heating existing asphalt for better bonding. This eco-friendly method reduces material use and creates durable fixes without cold joints.

Crack Sealing

We clean cracks using pressurized air and apply rubberized sealer to prevent water intrusion. This stops deterioration from oxidation and freeze-thaw cycles, extending pavement lifespan.

Line Striping

High-visibility line striping organizes parking lots with durable paint applications. We mark ADA-compliant spaces, directional arrows, and traffic control lines for safety and compliance.

Customer for years, made an appointment for seal and crack wawas told it would be done in November. Now it's December I call for the 2nd time. Am told this is my fault as I wasted to long in August to call. Then we'll we had 300 people before you, we had rain that's adds 2 days, come on.... Then when I said if you just apologized I'd be ok with this, but after blabbing me and excuses your now losing me as a customer. Oh well she says. They did outstanding work last year's but months with bs, not worth my time, my money and recommendation will go else where!

Highly recommend Pioneer. From start to finish, from the front office team to the on site team, total pros the entire time. I was satisfied with every personal interaction beyond my expectations. Because they are so highly regarded, scheduling took longer than I initially desired, but when it comes to your home, you want the best, and Pioneer was worth the wait.

I have done a ton of successful business with this company throughout my condominium portfolio in the Middlesex and Worcester counties. I would highly recommend them if you have any services in need that they can provide. Contacted them for the first time about 5 years ago and have continued to work with them throughout every spring summer and fall.

So grateful to Dave, Mark and their crew members for taking care of our driveway. In the past 2 years weve been getting quotes on getting a new driveway and prices we got were just outrages. We were so fortunate to meet Mark and Dave who gave us a great price and they did an amazing job. Their team members were friendly, efficient and very polite. They had the job done in two days. The driveway looks amazing and we couldnt be happier. They were efficient, well organized and very responsive. Cant say enough good things and will be sure to recommend them with confidence to our friends and
