Metroplex Foot & Ankle
Your feet are unsung heroes-tireless workers that carry the weight of your world on 26 delicate bones. But ankle sprains, heel pain, bunions, ingrown toenails, foot sores and nerve damage caused by disease can cramp your style. Over your lifetime, your feet and ankles carry you countless miles-absorbing life's adventures and mishaps-along with hundreds of pounds of pressure with each and every stride you take.

More than anything, our physicians want you to enjoy a rich and full life doing all the things you love-whether that's taking a daily walk in the park, running a 5K, dancing at your child's wedding, making a jump shot or showing off some strappy new high heels.

Procedure Videos
Report
These videos will show you a demonstration of the procedure and give you an understanding of what to expect during the surgery. Please contact us if you have any questions. This video shows the process of removing part of the bunion as well as removing wedges from the toe to reposition the big toe to make it straighter.
Bunions
Report
It's a cruel twist. Bunions push the big toe against the next toe-crowding the delicate bones in your foot. This constant crowding can cause pain and permanent damage to the joint that supports your entire body weight when you walk. While women who wear high-heels have a greater risk for bunions, the deformity can also develop due to aging, arthritis or a family history.
