Can be set up in remote locations - hillsides, under canopies, under bridges, in ditches, inside closets, in rooms, basements, etc. Access to drill location can be through narrow door, through windows, over walls, down hillsides, etc. Rig is hand carried to drill locations in components (mast, rotary head, base, cathead, controls, 140# drop hammer, samplers, rods, augers) and assembled over hole.

Horizontal Drains

Horizontal drains are used to lower the groundwater levels in a hillside for the control and prevention of landslides. Heavy duty rig for drilling up to 400' into hillside. Water rotary with drill rods and tri-cone bit. This rig requires a semi-flat area 16' x 16' ( can be dug by backhoe) next to hillside to facilitate drilling horizontally.

Our original California contractor License # 467904 started in 1985, but it was changed to a new one #780357 in 2000, when we incorporated. Medical surveillance is required for all personnel and Clear Heart conducts yearly medical examinations. We carry insurance coverage which includes general liability, automobile, workers compensation and contractor's pollution insurance.
