ATS also assists over 30 municipal authorities in Central Texas filling the roles of Building Official, Building Inspector and/or City Engineer.

ATS staff is comprised of approximately 100 skilled employees. This has enabled us to assure quick turnaround design, inspection and land surveying services. We perform approximately 50,000 construction inspections annually on next-day service.
We also complete approximately 12,000 land survey projects annually and we are a national leader in Home Innovation multi-family National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certifications with over 5,000 units certified or in process.Each department is steered by a highly trained and experienced manager.

Energy & Green Building Code

We provide a full array of energy services related to efficiency, green building and codes. We provide a full range of services related to the energy efficiency and green building industry, including analysis to determine compliance prior to construction inspection, testing to verify compliance during construction and certification when complete.
Inspections
Report
ATS's Inspections Department performs over 50,000 inspections each year. We perform Code Compliance and Energy inspections for small and large builders in Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and everywhere in between. ATS currently assists over 25 municipalities in Central Texas with inspections, plan review, permitting and document storage.
