In 2007, as the housing market was crashing Justin and Jennifer Bajema were buying up single family homes and turning into rentals. After getting a few under their belt, they began to look for a company to manage their investments. They quickly realized they were not impressed with the lack of truly professional property management companies in Grand Rapids that executed with consistent results.
Screening Criteria

Applications are processed in the order they are received with all required documents and information. An application cannot be approved until all aspects of the screening policy have been completed and reviewed by the property manager. Housing is on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore we do not hold units until the application is approved and a deposit payment is made.
Pets
Report
We get it. People love their pets and so do we. But if you're going to be living in one of the homes we manage, here's what it'll take to rent with your pet(s). Staffordshire Terriers a.k.a. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, wolf-dogs, Chow-Chows, Akitas, German Shepard and other traditionally aggressive breeds and any animals with a history of agressive behavior are not permitted.
