The New Loan Estimate (LE) replaces the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and the initial Truth In Lending document (TIL). The LE provides borrowers with clearer information on loan terms and estimates of loan and closing costs. This will facilitate comparison shopping. It will be provided to all borrowers within 3 business days, after they have submitted their loan applications.
Loan Process

Your Loan Originator and you will have an in depth, friendly discussion to understand your qualifications and structure your loan. At that time we will provide you with an Application and Loan Estimate (LE) for your review. Upon your satisfactory review of the Loan Estimate, you will sign your loan application and send us copies of the requested documentation we need.
