We hope to provide our guests a fun and varied introduction into the wonderful world of Sake. To answer any and all questions regarding sake we have a level 1 sake sommelier on staff. We hope to create an enjoyable, yet educational, experience around one of our favorite alcoholic beverages. Our restaurant is available to cater for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, and more.

We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. We start with the quality of our rice. We use only Tamaki Gold Premium Short Grain rice for our sushi. While it is up to 3 times more expensive than the most common medium grain Calrose rice, short grain rice is the gold standard in Japan for sushi rice.

2pc shrimp, 1pc Hokkaido scallop & 1pc salmon, with mixed vegetables all battered and deep-fried. Served with a sweetened shoyu broth. Fried katsu cutlet simmered with sliced onions in a sweet shoyu broth and lightly beaten eggs steamed on top. Served over rice. Assorted cubed fish, tamago & tobiko over cucumbers, red radish, mixed greens & steamed white rice.
